mounting
We are also able to cut circular and ovals. We also use mountboard to pin Rugby and Football shirts for display in a box frame.
frame selection
We can offer a wide range mouldings (frame) to suit all tastes and framing projects.
frame cutting
After the customer chooses a moulding (frame) the moulding is then cut to size on the Morso guillotine.
frame cutting
The Morso guillotine cuts an accurate V shape 45% out of the moulding, enabling the finished frame to be perfectly cut on the corners.
finishing frame
A Underpinner is used to join the frame, which inserts a V shape piece of metal (called a wedge) into the underside of every corner of the frame, the larger the moulding the more are used, resulting in a strong frame.
